Charles Automotive is awesome. They are super nice and extremely helpful! I come here for oil changes and other maintenance on my Ford Fiesta ST and they do a great job. I really appreciate how communicative and honest they are about repairs and cost. They send the summary of what it needed and it explains everything very clearly. They also will call to talk things through which I really like. I highly recommend this place, especially Charlie!

Charles automotive shows great professionalism. They know what they are doing and they do it with warmth and respect for the customers. I got a simple flat tire and they solved it like it was a great deal for them, what made me feel important for them. Of course I will return if my vehicle had a serious issue.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. I’ve never really trusted automotive shops in the past, but this one genuinely restored my faith. Charly and DJ at the front desk were both extremely helpful, responsive, honest, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain what was needed, didn’t push unnecessary repairs, and completed the work not just on time but much quicker than I have ever expected or experienced. Pricing fair and I didn't feel like I was being taken and the quality of work was excellent. It’s hard to find an automotive shop you can truly trust, but this one absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

I had an excellent experience with Charles Automotive & Tire! I brought in my Mercedes for a battery replacement, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. The service was fast, professional, and very reasonably priced compared to the dealership. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what I was paying for. My car was ready quickly and runs perfectly now. I really appreciate the quality of work and the honesty they showed—hard to find in a shop! I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Highly recommend!
