Will only sell you a vehicle if you’re living in Union and apparently Pacolet or Gaffney. I’m from Union, lived there my whole life & come to Union weekly but now that I live in Spartanburg he refused to sell the vehicle. What place refuses business simply because of where a customer lives? What if I bought it while living in Union then moved to Spartanburg… then what? Makes no sense. Would have been a great customer but will never recommend anyone to do business with them simply because of this.

Although the experience was overall good, the fact that we were sold a vehicle with no transmission seal and then gas lit months later when a mechanic working on another issue noticed the leak and notified us of the missing seal, sullied the entire experience. The vehicle has been paid off (or will be via insurance) Please take any vehicle you are interested in to a mechanic you trust before purchasing. It was going to cost us $1000s more to fix an issue that was ignored before putting the vehicle on the lot and not mentioned at the time of purchase. An issue that two separate transmission shops have said wasn’t an issue that would have just shown up in the 7 months from purchase until it was discovered.

Had an amazing experience with this dealership, they offer a great selection of quality vehicles at an affordable rate for financing. Very pleasant staff, and the entire process was quick and easy. Highly recommended.

@Michelle Davis..(agreed)However it was more than just Christmas. I have an issue when I even try to call. Especially when I'm trying to purchase an additional vehicle. But as I said before, I would have preferred the accountability be noted. Not excuses every time I call. Or not even a call back was questionable.
