I can't say enough about this shop! They were incredible. We broke a driveshaft outside of Charleston and they towed us all the way back home in a snow storm! They could've kept the car and fixed it but the owner said that with our 20 year old BMW, parts would be a challenge to get even over night so he offered to tow us home. They went above and beyond, and we are truly grateful! This place is a gem, too. They do great work and they are passionate about helping people. I wish there were more places like this one. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle here. I only wish they were closer to home in Ohio! Kudos to Pat and his team!

My wife’s Mini Cooper threw a code that my personal code reader couldn’t decipher. Believing the car was out of warranty, I took it to Charleston Auto Center. Upon arrival, I (unknowingly) met the owner and explained the issue and the code my reader had detected. He kindly offered to use the shop’s more advanced diagnostic tool to verify the problem. My intention was to have the shop handle the repair. After running the diagnostics, he researched the issue on his computer and provided me with an estimate of $3,500. He then went a step further—printing out detailed information and suggesting I read it, as the problem might possibly be covered under warranty. Had extensive engine cooling system work done on my '09 S80 Volvo... replaced belts, hoses, water pump, battery... excellent quality service. I was very well pleased. Dan stayed a little past closing so I could pick up my car. I highly recommend High End.
