I feel like an updated review of the customer service and experience I’ve had with Alexis and the automotive department this year is much needed. I bought my Titan brand-new off the lot, and the excellent Customer service hasn’t ended since driving off with it. After making such a large purchase, I’m pleased to say these gentlemen have gone above and beyond. And wholeheartedly, if I’m looking or if I know someone looking for a dealership and department, they can trust that I will direct them here, especially given the service I’ve gotten from Alexis and the crew there. First impressions matter and Isaiah crew member made us feel welcome being this our first visit at this location. Once inside the waiting area and looking how to operate the coffee machine there was Blanquita Cordova making herself available and took the time to show us what other services were available for the clients. We certainly appreciate her courtesy, her hard work and dedication. She certainly makes a difference at your South Desert site, our commendation to her and Mr Severo Pérez, General Manager for accomplishing the company’s vision.

Ernesto Torres always goes above and beyond, great customer service on his part and very attentive, had a great experience thanks to him. However, whenever I’ve gone to drop off my car, service desk personnel never say hi or ask if they can help you with anything they just see you arrive and continue on their computer, would recommend teaching them common manners.

Excellent service! Five-star experience thanks to José Ramirez. My whole family loves that they offer Morra Mía coffee and sweet bread for everyone who visits. The café de olla is delicious, and the pan dulce is always fresh. Highly recommended for the great service and the welcoming experience.

A few weeks ago, I had unfortunately walked from a deal at Charlie Clark’s. I ended up at another dealership in a deceitful sale. I ended up back atCharlie Clark’s place because I needed to buy keys that I did not learn were recalled. Isaiah welcomed me in and fit me in the schedule. Took a little bit of time to get the keys and fobs working, but I was able to spend some time in the dealership and witness all points of action with the employees and customers. Charlie, Bobby and his team are not just selling you a car they’re welcoming you into their family and giving you an experience that you’ll never forget.
