I paid 500.00 to find out that my engine was shot. I never had a check engine light and always changed the oil. I don't know if it's a head gasket or something else they said it's not worth fixing. I did not get an estimate ahead of time except for the 129.00 diagnostic over the phone. I had to have it towed out of the shop and the steering is torn apart from doing the diagnostic and installation of an ignition ring. I don't want all the money back as they did install a relay and ignition ring but the vehicle was turning over why couldn't they have figured it out before installing the ignition ring they did that job and charged me for parts & labor (again without a written estimate or final itemized bill) and it was in the end a mechanical problem.

Excellent. A real competent auto repair shop. In my experience can say is hard to find the class the have. They checked my car and let me know about the problem ,cost and solution. Was perfect. Very grateful. Thanks

This place is irresponsible, misdiagnose. The problems are not fixed at all, and i just find out 2 bolts and 2 nuts both-side are missed after I picked up my car. Which are important parts to hang up the engine basement. My car 2002 lexus had problem with transmission problem and leaking steering fluid. They diagnosed the problem cause by transmission solenoids and rack-and-pinion. Then the suggestion is replace the transmission and fix rack-and-pinion. After fixing, transmission is good, but yet there is still leaking steering fluid and steering wheel is shifted 45 degree to left. Then I went back to them, they said the leaking is because steering pump and it will be around $360 more. I disagreed and just asked them do alignment again, then done.
