Straight up LIFESAVER 🫡 My family truck broke down in Mexico 1/3/24, my family of 7 were stuck in Brownsville for the night. The next morning I asked the local AAA TOW TRUCK REP that picked/towed our truck if he could recommend anyone. He really didn’t want to but I insisted. I’m glad he did. Charlie’s was by far THE BEST HONEST MECHANIC I’ve ever had the business of dealing with. He had us on the road the next day. And he even went to pick me up at the hotel we were staying at. I mean who does that 😅. To bad we don’t have Mechanics like Charlie in Dallas. Thanks again Charlie and his friendly staff.🫡

Charlie's Auto Services replaced my truck's water pump. Took it in one afternoon and got a call the next day at noon letting me know it was ready. Fast, friendly service. Reasonable cost. I would recommend.

Excellent work, communication was awesome They had alot ofworkbut theyhonest about it * how long before they could get to my car But once he did it progressed quickly Highly fe ommend them especially for Mercedes Benz Proce was reasonable

AWFUL. We went in for a routine tune-up and when we came to pick up the car the AC wouldn't work. We took it back and demanded they fix the AC. They spent the next 3 weeks trying to fix it and tried to charge us for the man-hours put in despite the fact several of the circuits leading to the radio weren't working anymore. On top of that several of my CDs were stolen. When we asked about it it they kept denying it and accusing us of losing them, even the CD I was listening to while dropping the car off the first time. Don't recommend them!

I always get good service form Charlie. He's straightforward and gaurantees his work is done right.
