Service was great. Adam was very nice and pleasant. He made sure everything was completed and kept me informed of the progress. My car looks great!

This place had my daughters car for six days for a minor repair and did a horrible job.They made many excuses of why they couldn't have done a quality repair by blaming the insurance company or claiming it was a super rush job.They didn't give me an option to pay the difference for a quality repair.I would not recommend this place.I asked the shop supervisor if this would have been an acceptable repair for his car and he wouldn't answer.

Was subjected to a golf-ball sized hail storm during July 2023. Submitted photos to AllState - that's the only way to do it and the resulting estimate was very inaccurate. Charlie's was one of a few body shops that said that they would work with AllState. When dropping off the car, we pointed out some of the inaccuracies in the AllState estimate. Charlie's worked with AllState to generate a supplement claim with all of the problems with the inaccurate estimate. The original estimate (which included replacing the hood and windshield) was on the order of $5500; the final bill was on the order of $11500. The spouse ❤️ the car as returned. I wish we could give 6 🌟. We've brought the second hail-damaged car to Charlie's.
