I haven't left my vehicle yet and I'm already very impressed with the awesome customer service.

As someone who has used this auto shop 3 different times, I can attest to their commitment to make the customer happy. I asked them to work on my dad's old car (2004 Buick Century), and while it took a long time to finalize the project (1 year 7 months), I can honestly say that it truly wasn't their fault. Parts for such an old car are hard to come by. In the end, I was very pleased with the outcome. They made the vehicle look brand new. It is one of the last reminders I have of my both deceased parents, and I'm eternally grateful to Charlie for his steadfast commitment. While I have now moved out of the area, I strongly recommend this company for all auto body shop needs! They really stand behind their work!!!!

Very happy with the body work provided for my SUV after hitting a deer. I did have an issue with the final paint job but Charlie and his team fixed it right up with no questions asked. I prefer to support local and am always glad I do so!

Staff is very friendly. They do their very best to work with your insurance company. In fact to the point that they spoke with my insurance company saying that there was a chance that I could have a wreck if the vehicle was to be still driven. Since the insurance company said it was going to be another 7 to 10 days before they can get anything done. They do excellent work. They come highly recommended by others who have used them.

Does a magnificent job on vehicle's and he makes it look better than new. If I ever need some work done, it will be him. Thanks again
