I don't want to come on here and complain, but I had a really crappy experience with the Chatsworth Ford service department the other day. I went to get my tire patched because I was 99% sure that I had a bad leak in it (another company pulled 2 nails out of it and “patched” it prior to coming to ford). Well, they swore up and down that there was “no leak” and even soaked the tire (supposedly) and sent me home with no patches to my tire. I naively believed them in the moment, but I am now having to fill up my tire 4x a day because it goes half flat every time it sits somewhere for more than an hour. Thankful for the team at CHATSWORTH FORD! Not only are they professional, they are friendly! I appreciate Cory helping me with not one, but two cars over the years! The service department was also so nice this past week getting my car serviced!

Beware, You can buy a wrecked vehicle from Chatsworth Ford. I would advise to purchase from Car Max. At least Car Max will honor a buy back or place you in a compatible vehicle. When I confronted management at Chatsworth Ford about my purchase John literally laughed and Roger said we do not have to disclose accidents. They thought it was funny. I traded with Days Chevrolet in Jasper Ga. Got a great deal and Scott was honest.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I dropped off my car!! Before I made the appointment I made sure to ask if they accepted my extended warranty and they advised yes. They mentioned how the process would work and I know it’s a length process, but I was willing to wait. I know there is something wrong with my car. I dropped off my car 3 weeks ago! My car was in their lot for a week and wasn’t touched at all. No one had the common courtesy to call me and explain that the mechanic was out due to an accident. After 3 weeks I called again and set up another appointment because the fan to my car was on constantly.
