The lady that handled me was great. I believe her name is Lauren. So sweet. Patient, kind, respectful, wonderful, helpful. Had a great sense of humor when it came to my comments. I'm naturally a goof ball so when I talk I'm serious but not unprofessional. But I enjoyed her so much. Cheapest FULL COVERAGE insurance also that I've EVERY HAD on a great car.

Tim worked to find me a good rate and made sure the coverage fit what I needed instead of just rushing me through it. You can tell he actually cares about helping people and doing his job the right way. If you’re looking for someone who’s honest, helpful, and easy to work with, I definitely recommend asking for Tim.

Oliver was very helpful this morning, you can tell with the patience and understanding in his voice that he genuinely cares about the customer experience. Which mine was excellent. Hopefully y’all can get Oliver on the phone. He’ll take care of everything you need. I mean clearly he worked for the best insurance company out there. that’s not trying to rob the working class. Five stars all across the board. Been using this company for going on four years now and would never get insurance anywhere else. Way to go, Oliver.
