Cheban Towing Services helped me get my car to Auburn. Yuriy has excellent customer service, and is a true professional. Would definitely recommend giving him a call and using his services. Made everything easy and communicated perfectly during pick up and drop off of my car. Felt like I was being taken care of and prioritized. Great experience, if you need a tow let him know.

Yuriy was amazing. I broke down on the freeway in Seattle during rush hour traffic. I was able to get my car off the freeway (barely) and to a parking lot in a neighborhood I did not know, and was very scary to me. I was traveling home to Longview, WA from a trade show for my work. Yuriy was very quick to respond, took pictures of my car before he loaded it on his truck (to make sure no damages were caused by his towing), drove me and my car home safely (nearly 3 hour drive). He was pleasant to talk with and made the ride home enjoyable. I have terrible anxiety, and within 30 minutes into the drive I realized he was just a good guy and a very good driver on the freeway, I say that because I'm not a good passenger ( lol). My car was broke down Yuriy showed up to assist. He was very professional/helpful. The commute back to my house was good we conversed the whole time and he also helped with possible cheaper solutions of fixing my car. Great service and great towing company would rate it ten stars but there's only five.
