Asked to replace headlight bulbs while replacing brakes as one was out. Provided 2 bulbs. Charged me $100 in labor because they "had to remove the bumper to replace the bulb." They only replaced one. I replaced the other myself in 10 minutes and noticed I now have a loose bumper missing 4 connectors. Did I mention I had to call them to find out if vehicle was ready?

Couldn’t believe the waiting room! It was so clean and even stylish! I was impressed with the courtesy I received from the manager as well as his mechanic. The integrity of the manager is stellar. it turned out that I did not need the emissions testing; I didn’t know that-but the manager did, yet he was forthright in telling me the truth. He could have gone ahead and done the emission testing, charged me for it, and I would never have known !! These guys deserve our business👏

I recently had a great experience at Checker Flag. A mechanic at a Jeep dealership told me I needed to replace my rear brake pads and resurface the rotors. A couple days later, I bought the parts myself and brought my vehicle to Checker Flag to have the work done.The mechanic there took the time to thoroughly inspect my brakes, showed me the pads and rotors up close, and explained that everything was actually in good shape—no replacement needed at all! He just reassembled everything and didn't charge me a single penny for the inspection or time. In an industry where upsells are common, this level of honesty is rare.
