I was visiting some friends in San Diego and we installed a Dobinsons lift kit on my 2025 Tundra. My buddy recommended I call AccuTune and ask if they had recommendations for an alignment shop, (I've bought suspension from them in the past). AccuTune recommended this shop (as others have noted), and they did a fantastic job. I live in Nevada (500+ miles away) so I was a little worried about the drive back, but I had zero issues. Nothing felt loose and the truck tracked perfectly straight down the road. I can't remember the name of the guy that helped me, but he was very knowledgeable and we had a good chat about suspension in general. I highly recommend this shop. Good, honest, quality work.

I was hesitant to drive 2+ hours when there are so many shops in LA I could have gone to, but after the owner, Jahaziel spent an hour on the phone with me going over everything in detail, answering all of my questions, I knew I was talking to the right person. He handled all of the ordering of parts and made the entire process & experience a breeze. He’s been responsive to my follow up questions and always has an opinion I trust. 10/10 would recommend. Jahaziel is the definition of an honest mechanic. Look no further for your automotive needs.

Updated review 9/3/24. Had to come back for my 24 Tacoma. The team at Checkered is very knowledgeable and helped me to pick a great suspension set up. Quality work and attention to detail. I highly recommend Checkered for your automotive needs. New coilovers and leaf springs. Looks great, reasonable price, got my truck in and out quickly, good work. I recommend to anyone looking for high quality work on their Toyota.

Jahaziel does AMAZING work. I brought him an Icon stage 3 lift that I had bought second hand for my 2021 Tacoma. It was missing a few pieces/hardware, but he was able to get everything I needed and have it installed same day! He truly knows his stuff, does great quality work, at a fair price. 10/10 recommend
