Cherokee Automotive is hands down the best place I’ve found to take a vehicle in a long time. I have four cars because I have four drivers in my household, and I do most of the work on them myself. Because of that, I’m usually hesitant to take anything to a shop—I’ve had too many experiences where it felt like I was being sold work I didn’t need or pressured into repairs that could wait. Can't brag about this place enough. New to area so had no idea where to go. They got me immediately in and the price they said was price they stuck to. To top it off they noticed I needed air in my tires. Without asking they did that too! Rachel went above and beyond as well as the mechanic. Anybody needing help this is the place to go!

I recently had a frustrating experience at Cherokee Auto , and unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. I took my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, but what followed was nothing short of disappointing. First, the staff was unhelpful and seemed disorganized. Despite having an appointment, I was kept waiting for over an hour past my scheduled time with no explanation. When I finally got to speak with someone, they didn’t seem to have a clear understanding of the services being performed or even an interest in providing basic customer service. To make matters worse, after the oil change, my car had an unusual noise. These guys are awesome! Work truck needed new tires but I had to leave town the next day. These guys cared so much that they came to my residence to install while I was out of town. Will definitely continue business with them. Highly recommend!
