Cherokee Tire and More

My husband took his truck up there to get an oil leak fixed. This was back in July. We just drove it home tonight (December 16). They took forever to fix it and any time we asked how it was going it was always “we just got the part in today and they’re about to start back on it” so it honestly just felt like they were working on whatever they could get done first instead of working on the vehicles that have been there the longest. But on top of them taking 5 months they also broke his hood latch and a sensor sitting on top of the engine. Both of which they didn’t fix or tell us about when we picked it up. And it was smoking by the time we got it home. Needless to say we’re not gonna be taking it back. As much as I want them to pay for all the shit they broke it’s not worth the hassle. (Min

This shop is awesome! We had an unexpected flat and they came and got us and had us back on the road in no time. Very friendly and wonderful service. They didn’t charge us an arm and a leg either, when they could have.

Amazing service! Traveled to Arkansas from Iowa and then had car trouble. Not only did they get us in extremely fast but it was definitely affordable. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done. Thank you all for getting us back on the road so we could enjoy the rest of our family vacation. 😄
