I ordered a set of bolts to attach to a cutting edge to my plow on Oct 6. They didn't even bother to get them in the mail until 1.5 weeks later. The estimated delivery is november 3rd-14th. It could literaly be snowimg here by then. How slow and pathetic... Even by Tennesse work ethic standards. Skip ordering from these clowns. They are horrible.

Great group of folks! Very professional yet friendly and service oriented. Made me feel welcome and appreciated. Had them repair my Waltco liftgate. Diagnosed quickly, made repair promptly, and pricing was very fair. Sarah in service was amazing as well as their techs. Highly recommend!👍

I have tried to buy two different vehicles from this place. If you want to buy a truck be prepared to make multiple visits. After 4 attempts I was able to speak to a sales person. The other times I was told to come back later. When I did speak to a salesman he was very nice though. I was never able to speak to a sales person for the second vehicle. I have heard good things about this place but I am yet to see it for myself.

Ordered a part from them on Ebay, Got a confirmation it was scheduled to be delivered 2/2/2021. Never showed! Today 2/4/2021 they estimate deliver 2/9/2021. Poor communication to say the least. i could have purchased it locally and had 2/3/2021. Part was bought and paid for 1/25/2021. Fail!

Auto repair - very reasonable (1/3 of dealer service estimate), very quick and warranted for a year.. I'm jazzed to have found these guys. Thanks Kaitlyn and Tom -
