CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I wish that I had read all the feedbacks before I gave my car for repairs to this shop! They picked up our SUV from our home on March 3, 2025. Per our insurance company it was supposed to repaired by the end of March. So, I went there at the end of March thinking that the car was repaired. I find out that the SUV is still sitting on their lot without any repairs. Their excuse was that they take cars only with appointments and we did not have one which they failed to tell us upfront! Then May came by and they ordered the parts and send another supplement to the insurance company and the insurance company approved and paid within 3 days. We were told that it would be done by the end of May. Now that it is June 10th, apparently they sent a new final supplement to the insuran

I just want to thank Dan, for being a great person. This isn’t your usual review as I didn’t get a service specifically done, but I was pulled up on the side of the road because my car caught a flat across the street from the establishment. Dan was nice enough to see what was wrong and in this heat change the flat for me, even put some air in my spare. Really shows you there is still good decent people out here, thank you so Much for a being a wonderful human being Dan. People like you are the real heroes. Really made my day.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this body shop. My car was in their care for 7 weeks—5 for repairs and an additional 2 where it sat untouched because they failed to submit the necessary paperwork. Throughout the entire process, the staff was dismissive and uncommunicative. Whether it was due to my age, my race (I am Black), or both, I truly felt like I was not taken seriously. I had to escalate my concerns to corporate just to get clear information about the delays. The shop never obtained proper approval from the insurance company, which led to discussions about whether I’d be forced to cover costs for unauthorized repairs. Terrible experience with Cherry Hill Motors Body Shop. Brought in a drivable Mercedes needing only a bumper (which was on backorder), yet they disassembled the car and made it undriveable for over six months. Communication was nonexistent—no proactive updates, and every call felt like a burden to them. Neal, in particular, was unprofessional, dismissive, and outright disparaging, making us feel like we were the problem for calling weekly (as required by insurance) to extend the rental. Inexcusable delays, neglectful service, and unacceptable attitude. Avoid at all costs—there are far better Mercedes-certified body shops in the greater Philadelphia area.
