I’ve taken several of my vehicles there over the past couple of years for service and repairs, and the experience has always been fantastic—today was no exception. Jeremy and Cody at the front desk were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Their excellent customer service started with my very first phone call to schedule the appointment. I've had great experiences here for both my Chevy SS/Holden Commodore SSV Redline and VW Mk6 GTI Drivers Edition. From fluid changes to brake service to tire mount/balance, they've always been honest with info and communicative through the work process. They know I care about my cars and take good care of them, bringing peace of mind to the overall experience. Highly recommend them!

Honest, friendly, and efficient. My dealership said I needed some work done to my 5 year-old SUV and gave me a $2,000 estimate. I went to Chesapeake Auto Repair and was told that a couple of the things on the list were not necessary. They were shocked at the prices quoted for the repairs. I left with my car repairs completed in under 4 hours and only spent $450. I highly recommend them!!!

The staff are very friendly and honest. They are also reasonably priced and very quick with the service.
