Chesapeake Collision - Huntingtown

I would not recommend this shop due to their relationship with Geico, which has created a broken and frustrating customer process. I have used this shop as a Geico customer before and was very happy from start to finish. However, something is broken as a non-Geico insuree can get service much faster, while Geico insurees have to queue up in a special, slower "express" line. In my case, the website showed appointment availability for the next few days, but my appointment was cancelled when they saw Geico as my insurance. I was told to schedule through Geico, and the first available appointment in that queue was 12 days out. I tried to be reasonable, asking if I could get my estimate done separately through Geico and still get a normal appointment slot (to ensure this wasn't just a Geico b

Chesapeake Collision did a great job on my vehicle repair. I really like that the office keeps you informed on the progress of your repair. I received phone calls and text messages constantly, keeping me in the loop. My car looks like it was never damaged. I highly recommend Chesapeake Collision!

The entire team at Chesapeake Collision is polite, communicative, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Several panels and a break light were repaired with masterful precision in a very timely fashion. They updated me frequently on the status of my repairs. This shop did a minor repair on my truck. It took much longer to do than promised. The panel they sprayed had overspray on an adjoining panel. It also had a large scratch on the newly sprayed paint. They took parts off and never replaced them. Overall the worst quality of work I have ever seen. I could have made them fix all the issues but wouldnt trust them to deliver back without further damage. Never go near this place

Dropped my truck off to get my bumper replaced, and they had arranged for the car rental place to pick me up. The repairs were done in a timely manner. I was kept up to date with text messages often, which was perfect. every person there treated me courteously and professionally, and they were all very friendly. 100% chance I would recommend.
