Just paid for a $10 automatic wash and it didnt work. I called the number for a refund and its busy smh Update: I went to the self carwash and put in $5. The wash didnt start. Spent $15 total and not one drop of water nor soap. I need my money back

Super nice car wash, i had some trouble getting stuff off my hood of my car and the owner came out and hand sprayed it after going thru the automatic one and helped me get it off the best he could

I paid $12.00 for deluxe wash this morning and there was no rinse cycle! I tried again, paying another $12.00 by card and same thing, no rinse. I frantically gathered up coins and put over $2.00 in manual but could not get it to work to rinse my (new) car. I was late for a doctors appointment by this time, no answer to multiple phone calls so drove across Dunbar bridge and paid for that car wash to get to full soap off my car. Pitiful. I will demand a full refund and would never recommend this facility, these are photos of the drive through bay soap I tried to manually wash off but could not get that to work either. Follow-up: I received a call back after the incident and my post. The owner/manager apologized and sent me a check for $20.

First paid for the touch-less car wash, came out still dirty… went to the self wash bay and credit card machine doesn’t work. No big deal, put in cash.. just to see there’s no soap at all. Talked to one of the locals and he said the owner admitted that he doesn’t want to put anymore money into the business and it has just gone down hill

Paid $12.00 for wash and it didn't get my car clean. My headlights were still dirty along with the rest of my car. It got the dust off of it and that was about it. Not happy I thought getting the best option for car wash and highest price it would have been a hell of a lot cleaner. 😡😠🤬
