CHESTER Quality CAR WASH

I have been spending a lot of money to wash my vehicles here for the past five years with no problems. Recently I took my new to me van here to clean and was truly dismayed at how I was treated. I was confronted by a female worker that I was over the height limit and that if I tore the equipment off the ceiling I would be responsible. First off, I was completely unaware that I was above the height limit as I didn't see or hear that I hit the swinging height bar. I have washed my van here before and had NO problems. I told her I was sincerely sorry, I was unaware my van height was over, I completely understood her concerns and explained I hadn't had a problem before. Owner showed up while i was drying my car off in the stall. Heard me tell my wife the machine didn’t dispense the other towel. The owner immediately without me asking got me my towel and apologized. That alone would earn my business for life if i wasnt 1600 miles from home. However it gets better. Not only are the stalls very well maintained and free of problems but when you want soap it sprays soap. When you want wax it drowns the car in wax. Foam brushes put out plenty of liquid foam so i wasnt worried about scratching my car. Ive used 100’s of self serve car washes. Bug like to really stick on the bumper since i dont ever speed. Typically car washes skimp on soap making it hard to even remove dirt let alone bugs. Not this place. The wax is quality as well. Water beaded up and made wipin

Had my car washed here 2 times using automatic wash (2 consecutive days). Payed by credit card first time and payment was accepted. Next day tried to use same card and mashine showed me that transaction was declined, so I had to pay cash. But in fact transaction was posted and I had to dispute it with my bank. Be careful here. As for car wash quality, it is ok. Drying is a bit weak, though.

Mean owners chased me down in their car because I left the mud in the area where you clean your car because it's dirty. I wouldn't give any Star unless they were minuses

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. The owner is confrontational, aggressive, and rude. I made the mistake of having some debris in the bed of my truck. I'm aware that this is against the rules of this car wash but it was an honest mistake. Instead of simply asking me to clean up what had blown out of the bed, the owner, Kyle Howard, stormed up to my vehicle and began screaming at me. He then began swearing at me and pointing to his various signs around the front of the wash regarding "No Truck Bed Washing". I wish I could say that this was an isolated incident but countless community members have had similar or worse experiences attempting to wash their vehicles here. Ultimately, I apologized. I took responsibility for my mistake and cleaned the debris that was left in th
