Typical Sleazy Used Car Dealership. We were communicating with Brad about having our vehicle appraised for a trade-in. No one reached out to set up the appointment, when we circled back we were told to meet with Steve O would give us the value of our trade in value. Once there, Steve took our keys and had the vehicle taken for a test drive, we waited 20 minutes while he discussed possible vehicles with no pricing given for the vehicles, then asked for a deposit. I asked him what the value of our vehicle was, and he told me he was only the "middle man" and couldn't give us the value, a typical sleazy used car technique. We took our keys and left and went to another dealership. Visit occurred on 3/12/2022 at 1:30 pm.
