I took my Grand Highlander to be repaired from a bump that I received from another vehicle. I turn the SUV on Monday the 5th of January 2026 and they were very professional and detailed that by the 9th it was already fixed. It came out like never nothing had happened to it. The paint was perfect. From day one they were very professional and helpful. The management, the secretary and the technician are well trained. They even washed and clean my SUV inside. I would really with confidence recommend the Chevrolet Center Collision located at Winter Haven. They even transport you to the Enterprise Rental to rent your car. After a small accident I took my vehicle back to the dealer of purchase, Ms. Natalie made me feel welcome, special and appreciated, walked me through the insurance process, got me to and from the car rental process and delivered my car in showroom condition, Ms. Natalie went above and beyond, since day one this dealership has proven they truly care about their guests, I can not thank them enough.
