Bought a 2021 jeep wrangler from here and I’ll be honest I went in stressed figured it would be hectic and a long process I’ve only ever bought one vehicle from a dealership and that was back in 2018 so expectations were very low. Laura was our salesperson for the process and let’s just say she went above and beyond for me. From opening the door for us when we arrived allowing me to test drive the vehicle at my own pace while also talking with me about it and making sure I actually enjoyed it to ensuring it met all my expectations. The process was an absolute joy for me Laura was awesome and knowledgeable along with the rest of the team we were in and out couldn’t have asked for better opportunity. Would not recommend this dealership to a single soul. I would give 0 stars if possible. In less than a year of buying a vehicle from here I’ve had to put nearly $3000 into the vehicle for multiple different issues. Buying a vehicle from here was the worst thing anyone could do. It has had not stop issues since 2 days after buying it. Tried to take it back to them on a Saturday and the manager made us come back on a Monday and then said it was nothing and dismissed the issues with the car. Worst experience ever.
