A word of warning for all service customers: if you get Samantha F. as your service advisor, go ahead and find a different service center. On 9-15, we scheduled an appointment for 9-22. They're busy, so we understand the delay on the appointment, that's completely reasonable. What isn't reasonable is everything that occurred after. We dropped off our vehicle the evening of 9-21, with the expectation that they will at least diagnose the issue during our scheduled appointment time. We didn't hear anything on Monday, so we gave her a call on Tuesday. She had no update for us, and said she would call us back soon. Hours later, she calls back simply to say that there is still no update. We call her back Wednesday, left messages for her, a couple people in other departments within the ce

Elijah was great at explaining what was wrong and why it would take a while to get my truck back. There's nothing a dealership parts center can do if a transmission is back-ordered; the fault lies with GM in producing a deeply flawed 8L45/8L90 to begin with! The service department was great and, as soon as the part was available, it was in quickly. They were also great working with my extended warranty company.

I took my 2024 Chevrolet Colorado in for a routine oil change. After about an hour or so I was told there was an incident with my truck and that they were taking it to the body shop. I ask what had happened and was told that the bay door had closed on the cab of my truck. (No one knows exactly how this happened) so now I will have to take my truck back so they can get it in the body shop, and be without it for a week. I’m concerned about how this will affect the value of my vehicle.

No communication. Was told they’d have my truck for a day and they ended up having it for three days. I get my truck back and there’s a scratch on my fender they claimed was already there. Not to mention the warranty work is still not finished due to a back ordered part I was not told about. Like I said, poor communication.

The service department is not knowledgeable about Camaro maintenance. And there's only one technician who can work on the car, so we are forced to work around his schedule.
