Chevrolet of Gadsden Parts

We made an appointment for 10am, dropped off our truck and they didn't even start on it until 430pm. I know because we kept calling and checki g to see if it was ready and at 430 was told they were about to start on replacing the thermostat. What was the point of making an appointment if they weren't going to start on it until almost 7 hours later? There is no way I would have sat there and waited. Very dissatisfied that this happened. If it had not been warranty work, we would have said forget it.

I have been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours to get my oil changed. First they didnt want to honor the warrantee covering it now they're taking forever even though i made an appointment and showed up 10 minutes before. 4 people have come in after me and left and my car still hasnt been seen

I had a great experience at my dealership I have never been anywhere else with my car they always take good care of me very professional thank you so much for a great experience. You're a 10 in my book

They greeted.me great but they left the mess for me to clean up and that's why it three Stars don't go in to my ashtray what or you looking for
