I went for my first free oil change and tire rotation on my brand new truck. I marked 1 tire with a silver sharpie and they did not rotate my tires. They did not reset my oil life on my truck, so I am not even sure they changed my oil. I sat for an hour and waited for this service.

It was my first time coming in for service. The check in was fast. The waiting area was comfortable. All of the employees that I spoke to were very nice. I would definitely recommend others to utilize your service department.

We came in for you guys to look at an issue with our car & an oil change. We wrote in the online request & I told them verbally when I got there about a loud noise it was making while driving. After the oil change I was told nothing was wrong. Fortunately, my wife had me come back in immediately to have you guys look at it AGAIN. SHE said it was probably a wheel bearing issue. You guys looked at it again & said it was the right wheel bearing. I’m glad my wife could diagnose the issue for you guys! So, we went from nothing is wrong with our car to a $1100 repair bill!! You guys replaced the left wheel bearing back in 2023. Why did you not do both sides then?
