Good prices. Easy to get to. Part department is a separate building on back side of the lot. People are helpful and kind. Will continue getting my parts from them.

Bought some paint matched fender flares for my truck. They send me the wrong color so I try to call them and am told they are not the ones who handle online orders. I said your name is on the website and to just email and they will get back to me. I’ve emailed 5 times and am being ghosted. I can return them but I’ll have to pay 65$ shipping plus a 35% restocking fee. Yeah no this is your mistake not mine. Absolute SCAM! Do not order from these thief’s!

I placed an order on April 13 2025, On April 15, 2025 an email was sent that the items were shipped. For some unknown reason the three items I ordered all had separate tracking (shipped individually). I have recived one part of the order, the tow hooks. For some unknown reason the mud guards shipping status has not changed for 8 days. Today is April 23, 2025. (USPS awaing items) I have contacted you multiple times by email with no response. Then get this, I trust that it will be shipped, so I order an exhaust tip in a separate order. I am very disappointed. My name is Michael Dibble, my first order is #7380, my second order I do not recall the order number. PLEASE SHIP WHAT I PAID FOR!!!!! Used GM parts direct. Friendly Staff. Nice selection of used cars (wasn't in the market). In and out in a flash.
