I recently tried to sell my car at this dealership and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Despite I provided details about my car, it was clear that the dealership had no interest in buying it. The staff was unprofessional and disorganized; I had to wait nearly an hour before the manager talked with me. they never did the appraisal, and they was pushing me to buy a car to give me the appraisal. The dealership seemed more interested in wasting my time than making an offer. The staff's attitude was dismissive and rude, and they made no effort to provide any real customer service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to sell or even buy a car. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values ​​your time and business.

Service was okay, expensive, but no more lights on my dash. My main complaint is even though I've gone here a couple times, they keep spelling my name wrong. I fill in all the info correctly and then their responses spell it wrong. That seems lazy.
