Had a friend bring in a 2014 Chevy into Chapman that was sporadically stalling. She was told it would cost $250 to even look at it, fine. Then she was told it would cost $1000 to fix it, sucks but fine. After all that they said the original problem was “fixed” but now there was a mysterious “engine noise” that came up while they were working and couldn’t find the source of so it was unfit to drive but she still had to pay $1500+. When I asked if the noise was the only thing wrong with it they said yes but it was unfit to drive and we couldn’t look at the car until we paid. After paying, we drove it off the lot and it almost immediately stalled as if it was never worked on with no irregular “engine noise”. It was ridiculous. I was charged administration fees and some other labor fee out of pocket although I had an extended warranty, which Chapman says they were paying over $1000. I ended up paying another 500 for an alternator. I believe they charge unnecessary fees even my extended warranty company said they were overcharging. I’ll take my vehicle to Pep Boys or some other shop from now on.

It was not my normal go to place, but it was okay. It was an emergency pitstop so that my car wouldn't have any issues running smoothly.

Intake wasn't too bad. There was a gentleman who met me at my car provided a few details and I have to walk in to get the remaining details of service. My intake representative was pleasant. I realized she had a few details and some knowledge different from when I called in. So training and understanding should be crossed trained. Once we was complete she showed me to the waiting area. The waiting area is very bland... about 10 seating chairs. A wifi station. Table 2 chairs in the corner with books. 3 vending machines and thats it. Free water cooler in the back and the area overall is clean.
