I bought my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe at this dealership. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours and left with a freshly washed, awsome new vehicle. I traded in my old car. It was the quickest time I've experienced buying a vehicle. The staff all work together to get the best deal for their customer. I was very satisfied with the service they provided. My salesman, Juan was exceptional, I felt like family. I would not hesitate to contact him again with questions or concerns.

terrible experience with Parts and Service--Parts still unresolved. A month ago I needed to get a new key and fob. Ok getting key. Paid also for fob--still don't have it. Evidently first order wasn't adequately entered. Re-ordered. Still no fob. SERVICE--2016 Tahoe--in my opinion a lot of baloney, like, "Oh, the technician has it up and is looking at it now..." 2k, with 5-7 hours of labor at $190/hour, to change/flush fluids, front and rear differential service, new battery and put new cabin filter in. Seven page bill--even cashier couldn't decipher! In addition to separate fluid charges, we have "Kit" (?) and "Shop Supplies" charges for each item of work. Then, upon picking up car, A/C began making horrible noise. Three days the car was back in--"no one has had a chance to lo
Did some research on line for a new car purchase and called ahead for an appointment. Everything was ready when I arrived, took a test drive, and negotiated a good deal in about an hour. Then it took an additional 4 hours to complete all the paperwork. When it was finally done the new vehicle wasn't completely prepped, tire pressure was low and the oil hadn't been changed. Returned the next day for the oil change and it took 2 1/2 hours to get the job done (made the appointment the previous day). I was there so long thought about applying for a job! Terribly slow service.
Worst dealership I have ever done business with. Great car and fair pricing but terrible service. They failed to submit my paperwork to MVD and after 30 days my temporary plate expired and had to get a new one. The interior mirror in the car was broken and still don't have one. Vehicle was purchased in may 1st. Had to deal with 5 different people. Not a friendly atmosphere in their showroom. They sent me a coupon for an oil change. $70!!! What! They must use gold plated tools. Wil not be doing any future business with them. Oh yeah, I paid cash, $26,000 for a used car. In all fairness it was a 2006 corvette in mostly cherry condition and the pricing was fair but that was the only thing I liked about the business.
