HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION I have trusted the Don Ledford Automotive, Service Department for the past several years, the techs have kept my GM, Ford and Honda motor vehicles in tip top shape with skillful mechanical service. My recent maintenance service on my 2024 GMC Sierra was perfect thanks to Service Line advisor Jeffery Mitchell. He didn't try to arbitrarily upsell me but kept to the necessities as per usual. I think he knows that I'll be back whenever any of my vehicles need an excellent mechanic and a helpful service line team.

In October, I asked Todd in the service line about getting installed a door, key pad of my 2024 Sierra 1500. The GM parts and accessories catalog shows no application for my truck. Todd put me in contact with Brennen in the parts department. Brennen made a call to Catalog and did some research and determined the correct part. Brennen is a "rock star," in the parts department. Before I left the Dealership, I made an appointment for installation. A Week later, it was installed and programed perfectly within 2 hours. This is a great example of flawless team work.

I dealt with Mr. Jeff twice. He was straight forward and didn't sugar coat nothing. He didn't try to make you purchase a service or tell you, you must do it today. Mr. Jeff is very layed back and professional all at the same time. I'm so glad I got him for my 2011 Cadillac Escalade. He is a great asset to the team. We need more Mr. Jeff's in customer service. Kudos to Mr. Jeff!

I think if you come in to have your battery change and tell them and then you wait for 1hour after they take your car back to have the battery change then they come back in and tell you what else your car we'll need later and they still have not change the battery need to change so come on people
