I took my vehicle in for a transmission and extended crank issue. I explained to them exactly what it does and when it does it so they knew what to do. The service adviser was very veg when he noted what it does instead of writing all the details. Well they barely drove the vehicle 10 miles and “couldn't duplicate the issue”. They also replaced the battery and said it fixed the extended crank issue but it didn't change a thing. After picking up the vehicle it did the exact transmission problem on the way home. $320 later and nothing was resolved. I have problems taking my vehicles to dealers to begin with and this just adds to it.

I arrived from Canada towing a trailer and problem with a transmission that had to have a special and professional care. This place is the best service I ever experienced and I am driving for 40 years! The reception agent Traverse is a professional guy that took care of me and my car al the process! Problem was resolved after hour and a half by an expert mechanic NO CHARGE!!! he covered it with guaranty (car is 2019) Well done guys You should be proud of yourself and your service!!
