Brought my car in to be serviced it’s been 10 years since I purchased the car. It was time for a Good Tune Up. I was greeted by Nikki Harmon. She did a excellent job. They Exceeded my expectations car running like it’s brand new and it’s 20 years old. Great service. I highly recommend this place. And here’s the plus for veterans they offer military discount.

Had a tire recall and dropped off the car in the morning. Got a shuttle to take me back to my work. Great service from end to end. My service advisor Trey Kight was very helpful and explained everything about the recall. He also advised me my 1st annual maintenance check is due (actually would expire in less than a month) and he took care of that as well. Save me another trip. Car was ready the same day and they also arranged a shuttle to pick me up. Very convenient and smooth process overall. The dealership is at a convenient location and very efficient checking in customer in the morning when a lot of people arrives to drop off their vehicle.

I have bought and service 7 cars from Holiday Chevrolet, which is now Loyalty Chevy dealer. Catchy name. I recently spent over $2,000 dollars for the 100,000 mile service on my Yukon XL. A week ago. After one week, the supposedly new battery is dead again, and the car sits in the driveway dead. I have charged the battery overnight and will drive back to the dealer this morning unannounced. A “come back”. Send me another survey after todays experience.

Not my first time coming here. Had a bigger job this time for Trey's team to do as in put on a leveling kit, new shocks/struts, and oil change. Called after a few hours to let me know the total cost and asked if I wanted to proceed, really liked to that since I added more work for them when I got there. Only in the shop a little over half of the day. The speed and quality that they do is beyond amazing. I will always take my truck in for service. Ask for Trey at the service counter, you will not be disappointed!!!!

Possibly the BEST CHEVY service department we've ever experienced. Had transmission issues with our Tahoe, but Nikki Harmon made the entire process quick and painless. They provide "old school" service with a touch of class that went above and beyond. We live in Orange Va but plan to head down to buy our next car from Loyalty, we were that impressed. THANKS NIKKI for a professional experience! BTW... the truck has never run better.
