Yesterday my car stopped at McDonald’s and I needed a tow. I called this company and the driver was very honest and professional. He told me the price upfront, and when he dropped the car off, the price was exactly the same — no surprises, no extra charges. That kind of honesty is rare. I really appreciate the service and I highly recommend this company.

Had locked my self out of my car , I called Northwest towing and Justin in a matter of minutes. I get a call back from the tow truck driver. He gave me an ETA was very fast and efficient. And to add to all of that, this man is a true definition of a genuine human being and treats humans how humans should be treated. August 20, I was in an accident in the Brickyard parking lot and two guys from this company were in the area. They tried their best to help the person at fault but she was a bit stubborn at first. After the cops arrived and we filled our report, the tow truck guy helped me change my tire. I'll definitely be calling this company to help me out in the near future. Very competent, informative, professional, and understanding.

The driver showed up fast, was super charismatic and professional the whole time—definitely not your typical grumpy late-night tow guy. He went above and beyond by not only getting my truck safely to the tire shop but also giving my girlfriend and me a ride back home afterward. That kind of service isn’t something you see every day.
