Worst experience ever. I called triple A for my car that got stuck over 30 minutes away from my home when my husband was test driving it after fixing it up. The guy was giving him a hard time for me not being there in which my husband said i would be at the destination drop off (no way for me to go to them) and showed him my license, membership card, and offered to have him call me personally. As they arrived the man started to argue with me and I no longer felt comfortable and would not let him hold onto my passport. This angered him and he threatened to take my car. After all was said and done he no longer jumped my car and left it in the middle of the of the street. He also had another person with him, which is not allowed due to triple a terms. The driver Jose came out of his way to help me out when it was an emergency. They're great with timing. Very friendly. Very helpful. I recommend these guys if you need any towing

Transmission on the F150 decided to quit working, but ABSALON M. was working!! This super quick and nice driver for Chicos Towing, showed up and towed my F150, my toddler and myself home. He is a symbol of relief! Very courteous, polite and very professional. Thanks Absalon!!!
