These people are the BEST! They were recommended highly and lived up to all that was promised. They are quick and reasonable with their repairs. I am giving all my friends their information so they can go there when they have a need. Brian (in the front office) was great - he took care of me on the spot. Also, their office is nicely decorated and is a pleasurable place to wait for your repair/service if it will take a while. Try them - you will be glad you did!

I can’t recommend Chilton Body Shop enough! The customer service provided by Gustavo was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond—even helping to fix a factory issue on my Tesla Model Y’s trunk. Gustavo is truly a magician when it comes to cars and customer care. The level of professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail he demonstrated is rare to find. If you want a team that genuinely cares and delivers results, Chilton Body Shop is the place to go!

Gustavo was very professional and friendly from the get go. He and his team kept me updated regularly via texts and when my car was ready to be picked up. They had even thoroughly cleaned the interior as well as the exterior! They are an authorized Tesla auto body shop and did a great job on my Y car. Their price was quite reasonable as well. I had first taken it to another authorized Tesla shop but their quote was significantly higher than Carstar Chilton; they wanted to replace parts that weren’t even damaged, saying the paint needed to match. Gustavo correctly pointed out that wasn’t necessary.

Had a few questions and the receptionist was extremely unprofessional & rude. They use salvaged parts not new OEM parts as required by insurance company and CA state law.

Stellar in every aspect! Gustavo and his crew worked magic on my car making it look brand new again. They made the process that I had so been dreading completely seamless. Amazing professionalism, expertise and communication. If ever I need another service I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
