I can’t say enough about the incredible job William did on my Porsche. What started as a stressful repair after an accident turned into one of the best automotive experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, Sarkis and William treated my car as if it were his own. He went far beyond just “fixing” it, he perfected every detail, all with original parts. He walked me through the entire process, explained every part that needed attention, and found OEM Porsche components that matched exactly. The car had suffered front-end damage, including a bent frunk tub, but William handled everything with precision and care. I came in yesterday to get a small car repair fixed got a great quote and left it for the night. My Hood Latch Lever for my BMW was not working at all. The Great Owner of the Shop “Sarkis”came out and checked it out himself then he’s technician and him figured out my release cables were burnt and the latch was broken. At the end they installed new parts on the car and it’s as New I want to thank Sarkis and his Amazing team at this shop They always go Above and Beyond on the service they Provide. Chino auto repair is one of the best places you can take your car to. They will give you an honest assessment and are always trustworthy. Sarkis, Alonzo and the staff are super honest and they also are very knowledgeable and do fantastic work. I have been taking both of my Honda's here over the past 10 years and have had nothing but outstanding service.

I have an older BMW that I have been taking to Chino Auto a couple times over the last 2 years. Each time the issue was fixed and at a great price. This past visit I had a leak coming from the car that I didn't inspect well myself and had it towed to them to check out. They took a look and found a minor problem and fixed at no cost. Really honest mechanics that do great work! Highly recommend.
