I found this place online and it completely lived up to the hype. Mike helped me out and treated me with a lot of respect from the start—you can tell he’s hardworking, honest, and truly cares about his customers. Even on a busy day like MLK Day, Mike was working and still got to me quickly. He offered a free diagnostic and said if it didn’t fix the issue, he wouldn’t charge me, which really showed his credibility. He also gave me the cheapest price available, especially after I had already spent a lot of money trying to figure the problem out myself. I've been bringing my cars to Norm & Mike's shop, way back in the day when it was known as "Chino Hills Nissan Service". Even after all these years, the service is still top notch. Bring them your car, they'll diagnose the issue, give you an estimate and service your car/truck. If they spot another issue, they'll give you a call and recommend options. Yeah, there are cheaper shops out there, but at Norm & Mike's, the work is warrantied and they stand behind it. They are found next to the Rio Rancho Towne Center in the small auto center. The area can get jam packed at times, so drive slowly.

I recently brought my Kia to the dealership, but they refused to work on it. Thankfully, Norm & Mike’s Auto Service stepped in. They were honest, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient.
