Chinook RV

So refreshing to see that great customer service still exists! Jeff Butler and the entire staff was amazing… it was like a personal pit crew! Took great care of us with our 2022 Maverick SS in addressing some issues and fixed them in a super efficient and timely manner! They also went above and beyond in taking care of additional items to make our rig “even better”. Seth also took the time to give a personal tour showcasing the fine craftsmanship at Chinook RV. Impressive to say the least! 🤩

Been to factory twice for upgrades on our Bayside TB 360 bought Oct 2024. The team was fantastic. Jeff Butler's input was very informative and they did a great job. Also thanks to Seth's patience with us and our crazy questions. Love our van. Columbia, TN

I have a Chinook Suite Dream Travel trailer. We had a large leak within 8 months of owning it. Jeff and Myron took care of everything even though they no longer manufacture travel trailers. They made it easy for me to drop off and pick up my unit. Very appreciative and will consider Chinook for future purchases.

5/8/2024 I just bought my chinook maverick in fall of 2023. Still trying to get things fixed. Auto leveling system has not worked since we went to pu the unit in Ohio. The brake locked up and it has an auditory alarm to make it more fun. The leveling legs are so close to the ground when fully retracted, they are impractical and constantly scrape. Took to "authorized dealer" in Fort Worth TX (2 hours away - and they will only keep the RV in the shop for the one day of your appointment - so I have to leave @ 3am and drive into the metroplex - wait all day at the dealership (Vogt) and then drive home in the rush hour traffic) and they want to charge me for the repairs for the brand new van. I had an excellent experience with Chinook RV. Scheduled a tour with Seth, and he was incredibly polite, helpful, and answered all emails and calls from me promptly and professionally. Once I arrived at the factory, I met Seth and he took me on a tour of the Class B, and B+ lines, as well as the trailer lines. Seth answered every single question I had, and what I thought was going to be a quick tour lasted 4 hours! It's really amazing to see such a legendary RV brand revived by such a dedicated team of RV industry veterans, and while on tour, I could see the quality and craftsmanship that was put into every unit.
