My husband brought our car in for repairs and when we got our car back one of the guys smoked in our car..the vents smelled like cigarettes too..took a couple days for the smell to go away..I called to talk to the owner Chip and they took a message for him to call me back and he never did. I would consider that not so good customer service and a lack of respect for the customer ..smoking in a non smokers car..it smelled like an ash tray.

Great place, anytime someone asked me if I know a place where to get a vehicle work done. I always say chips auto repair. Fair prices, great mechanics. All round good people. I Won’t go anywhere else.

Amazing, friendly and honest staff. I truly appreciate them. Tom Steele staff said a certain 650.00 repair was needed asap. Turns out they were way wrong. Thanks to Chips, 160.00 and not another issue.

Chip and his Car Care Team were able to diagnose and fix my alignment problems. Not only that, they got it completed THE SAME AFTERNOON! I couldn't be happier with the "can do" attitude as I was not very hopeful after taking my Honda to 2 different shops. I wont even consider going anywhere for any other car problems than Chip's. I really appreciate them.
