Chisago Collision

We have used Chisago Collision in the past and have been happy with the outcome. This most recent time using them for some auto repairs was not a good experience at all. They could not source a couple of parts due to supply issues, that much I can understand. What I can't understand is that they were content with leaving our truck unfinished indefinitely. My wife got the part numbers from the shop and was able to locate them within a couple of hours (all genuine Ford parts by the way). When we received the parts and brought them to the shop, Jen fought with us about using them and treated us like we were her enemies. Very disappointing! I had chisago collision replace a couple trim pieces on my wife's car. Very nice, knowledgeable people at a fair price. Would highly recommend. I will be back if need be.

I absolutely recommend Chisago Collision. They are professional, quick, all around 5 stars from start to finish. Doesn’t get any better than this, THEY CARE and it shows!!! Everyone was super friendly, thorough and great to work with from start to finish. I was kept up to date on the progress, and even offered a couple aftermarket options if I wanted to save a little money. Plus, the office staff negotiated with the dealership to get better pricing on my OEM parts. I had a couple dings from a couple incidents, now my ride looks like new. I made a bad mistake and didn't put my husbands truck in park, it rolled into a parked trailer and munched the entire from of the truck. Chisago Collision gave me an estimate that same day and had our truck in for repairs the next week (delay was due to us going on vacation). We also just happened to run over a large nail a few days later, so Chisago Collision sent it next door to TGK Auto to get the tire fixed as well. Honestly I have never met more caring concerned people before. The ladies in the office knew how upset I was at crashing my husbands truck and were so consoling and understanding. I got both excellent service and excellent results at Chisago Collision. I was promptly notified of any changes needed in the repair estimate. The work done on my pickup--after hitting a deer--looks great and was done ahead of schedule.
