If I could give this negative stars I would, I have been here several times over the past year and had excellent service by them. I don’t know who they’ve hired in the past couple months, but the technicians are terrible. The first problem I ever experienced with my car from them was getting my A/C compressor replaced back in April 2025. The day after I picked it up, I was driving around and my car went into “limp mode”. They stated they were unsure why that happened, but it’s no coincidence my car went into limp mode from something transmission related (revealed after taking it to Nissan) after they worked on my A/C unit. I thought it was just a coincidence, so I looked past it. This past Tuesday, I had coolant leak from my car so I took it to Chloe’s to get the radiator replaced. The day

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in with a rough idle and rough acceleration. It was identified by the shop that my fuel injectors were at end of life and the root cause. So I had my injectors replaced. They stated due to dirtying the system I would need a coolant flush and an oil change. When I received the quote I thought it was expensive but because of the great reviews and proximity of the shop to my house I decided to go with them. When I went to pick it up they stated that the rig was overheating and that I needed to replace my thermostat. My thermostat had just been replaced six months prior and I had no overheating issues. Mike is great to work with, and personal, efficient, knowledgeable and attentive. The work was done quickly. The quotes on certain services that were also recommended and needed seemed over priced. The battery cost and installation was reasonable, but treating a lot the new battery terminals to lessen corrosion should not cost $100.00. David

Yesterday afternoon, I booked an appointment here from a coupon I received in the mail & it was the most comforting service I’ve had in awhile. Tim, the general manager, made me feel welcomed & took time to thoroughly explained my inspection to me. He also honored the coupon & gave me the best pricing. I was comfortable in the waiting area & it was clean. I’m so grateful to have found this place. I will be back for my next service!

While the price was more than I expected, they did go above and beyond and did an excellent job! To be clear, I am not blaming Chloe’s for the pricing either, as I have not been to a mechanic shop in over 10 years so it was more sticker shock along with our entire society. I do feel I got what I paid for, and their communication was OUTSTANDING! They allowed me to come in immediately (late afternoon) for a diagnostic checked and had it back to me the next morning with the repair complete.
