This was my first visit to Chloe’s. The people are nice and friendly. I stopped by on a Friday and they found out I had an A/C leak. They told me the price and they gave me a ride home. I thought I would have my car back by Saturday at 3, so I was frustrated that they wanted to keep it until Monday. They must have overbooked and couldn’t it done. They have great reviews and recommendations. I will go back to see them. Air works great!!!!

I own a 2007 VW GTI Fahrenheit and had Chloe’s Auto Repair replace the timing belt in July 2025. Unfortunately, while traveling out of state just before Christmas, the belt failed on the highway. A local dealership confirmed the belt failure and recommended a full engine replacement, which they couldn’t source due to the car's age. When I contacted Chloe’s, they immediately took ownership of the situation. They worked directly with their parts supplier to ensure the failure was covered under warranty, handling all the "behind-the-scenes" logistics so I didn't have to. I called Chloe's shop to find out if I could get my car emission inspected. I was told sure, come right now. I got there, they took the car, and I went into a lovely waiting room and made a fresh coffee and had a granola bar. I barely got done with my coffee when the waiting room door opened and a polite man said, "Your car is ready." As I was told, Chole's Auto Repair gives you dealer quality care at non-dealer prices. What an amazing experience! I drive an old van that is large and weighs a lot, so trying to find a good shop is always difficult. I called them in of a change of spark plugs. They were able to get me in the same day I called and done with in a few hours. My van runs like new and they did a fuel treatment as well. Prices were reasonable and they were able to look over the rest of the van and let me know what else was going on. I will be coming back again and getting services completed going forward.

This place was a great and fantastic experience in fixing my automobile. Clean atmosphere, professional advice, and service to recommend for anyone needing in a future services to go in the Houston surrounding area.
