My car wouldn't start and after trying to jump it with jumper cables, I called Chowbars to tow it to my mechanic. Jordan arrived within a half hour and jumped my car immediately with more modern technology. He told me my battery needed replacing, which was good to know.!! What a relief! Excellent service!!!

I called to get simple information They wouldn’t even give their name and address The man on the phone acted like I was investigating him and wouldn’t disclose their address .. or any information .. while literally holding our car hostage.. it’s almost as if their operators go out of their way to start arguements .. I had two other people call and they got the exact same response. Now ever call I make to follow up will be posted to my tik tok account with half a million followers showing how they with hold information and cars so they can earn extra money off storage fees .. cause it’s actually insane what they’re doing

Quick response very knowledgeable went out of his way to definitely help me out the best that he could extremely polite I would recommend them highly to anybody for pickup and service was there within 20 minutes

The towing service was fine but they changed prices on me. I needed a tow to my mechanic and he recommended this place. They gave me a price over the phone I said okay. When we arrived at the destination the tow truck driver upped the price. I explained I got a quote over the phone he said "I don't know what he told you but the price is this". Personally I wouldn't trust them again.

Customer service is very rude and lazy. They are very disorganized and couldn't find the paperwork on my vehicle.
