Made arrangements to have a tune up with Jeff at Chocowinity Service Center. On the phone was told to bring it on by and leave it, it would take a day or two. When I came in with the vehicle Jeff said that deer wrecks take priority, and it would be a month or two before he could touch the vehicle, if I left it. I took my business elsewhere, I would recommend everyone else do the same.

Great service. I've been using Choco Service Center since 2011. Jeff is able to diagnose then resolve the cause of a problem because he's invested in having the right diagnostic tools. I feel Choco Service Center is reasonably priced for the quality of work. Plus, he stands behind his work. Jeff is accommodating as possible to a customer's urgent or emergency repair needs. Accordingly customers should be flexible when scheduling regular service work.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! BROKE DOWN ON HWY 17 AND LIMPED THE CAR OVER TO THIS SHOP. ALTHOUGH THEY COULDN'T FIX IT (ONLY BECAUSE THE PART WASN'T IN STOCK AND I WAS IN A HURRY) THE MECH FOUND THE ISSUE AND RECCOMENDED I GET IT OVER TO THE FORD DEALERSHIP DOWN THE STREET. THEY HOOKED ME UP WITH A COUPLE JUGS OF WATER FOR THE RADIATOR TO GET IT DOWN THE STREET FOR FREE. I STILL PAID FOR THE TIME I TOOK UP EVEN THOUGH THEY INSISTED I NOT. GREAT SERVICE, FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, AND HELPFUL!
