Just wanted to start off with saying how helpful and mindful ekahi was with helping me and my mother today not only did he help my mother trade in and get a new car but he also helped me purchase my FIRST car! Not only was he patient but he payed attention to my needs and concerns and went above and beyond to make sure that all my needs were met and even more. If you have the chance to go in I would recommend speaking with him and allowing him to give you the service that was given to me and my family, for my first experience it was amazing and I left very happy and feeling secure thank you again ekahi for helping me on this journey!

Knard was our sales representative and he was just great. He was patient, understanding and knowledgeable on many makes and models. He was honest too. He steered us toward makes and models that were easier to service and maintain on island because that was important to us. He was extremely patient because we wanted a jeep, but after a couple test drives, we decided it wasn't the best fit for us. He let us try multiple different SUVs in inventory and we ended up closing with not one, but two vehicles! He and his finance buddy, Brian were both great. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a competitive dealer that has quality pre owned cars, AND AWESOME SERVICE, this place is it! The guy i worked with, Mikey, was so GREAT! Initially, I couldn’t make my mind up between 2 cars I was interested in. One of them was an older model Tesla Y that was more in price and I was so close to going to another dealership to check out the same model, which was my 2nd choice but for a lower price but we managed to work out a deal with a newer Chevy Trax, my third choice, at an even better price. Although it’s not electric, it ended up being the right choice for me since I don’t have a home charger anyway! Overall, great experience!

Choice auto sold me a straight dud. I brought home the car October 23 and by November 10 my tire wasn’t holding air. November 18 it started driving weird and the brakes went out. In November 27 my tire flew off my car. Everything before I even made my first car payment. Might I also add that they sold me the car without safety and made me sign the papers before I even saw the car. I originally went in for a different car but realized it wasn’t worth it and when I told the salesman they brought out the manager to talk me into buying it. When they realized I wasn’t budging the showed me the lifted 4Runner but knew nothing about it which should have been the first red flag. Then they wanted me to sign the paperwork for it that night before I even saw the car because it was at a different lot.
