Fixed my 2010 Ford Fusion. Had a P0101 code and brought it in for a bit of routine maintenence. Brought it Tuesday afternoon and got it back Wednesday afternoon. They send a detailed list of all maintenance on the car and you can decide which you'd like to do. Pricing is included during the decision. Made it super easy. Price ended up being a little less than quoted which was an added benefit. Will be using this company for any further problems.

I have taken my car into Choice Automotive several times for brake replacement, transmission parts replacement and several other jobs. They do great work. Austin the manager is very friendly and they do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to Choice for two years now so this review is overdue but the employees are very kind, reliable, and they get me in and out for normal maintenance. I’ve never felt like they were trying to sell me a service I didn’t need and I’ve always been pleased with their work. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good local shop.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience here as I was without my car for 6 days over thanksgiving break. Took my car in for a couple concerns and they checked them out. They let me know what was wrong as well as a couple of things they also noticed. Firstly, the quotes they gave were quite overpriced. For example $3.8k to install new motor mounts, nearly double the price for the same service as two other shops I called. Second I dropped my car off tuesday afternoon and heard nothing till wednesday before they closed to tell me they had an issue with my parking break while they were replacing my rotors. They told me I wouldn’t be able to get my car til Monday over the thanksgiving break. They offered no rental or compensation and when I asked and mentioned I had to uber to the receptio

We were very pleased with the professional service we received at Choice Automotive. After looking at our vehicle, we received a detailed message in writing, explaining what needed to be repaired and given choices on what we wanted fixed. They got us in quickly and finished repairs earlier than expected. The staff is friendly and helpful.
