Cho's Auto Service

Came here a couple times and liked the service prices. But when it came to voicing concerns I felt like there was either a miscommunication or I was unheard. I told them my steering wheel isn't aligned/straight. So when I drive straight my driver wheel is crooked to the right. When I picked up my car, he said "its fine, I do not know why you made me check that". Then when I told them my trunk latch was stuck they said they fixed it and then it worked for a bit but was quickly not working. Finally, I noticed something leaking and a honda dealership said CHO's didn't put a cap back on and oil was spilling everywhere. Now I do not come here anymore.

My father would always take care of my car services and since he passed away I would just end up going to the dealer car service. First time I visited here was because my car was making a sound that was not normal. I went to the dealer car service and they told me it was fine. I brought my car to Cho’s Auto Service and they were able to resolve my issue. I’ve never went back to the dealer car service ever since. I love that they are honest and anytime I have a problem with the car, they fix it. I’m glad to have found a reliable auto service.

I went to CHO’S AUTO SERVICE a few times for oil changes and their prices were fair. But back in 2020, my car had an idling vibration problem. They told me it was a belt issue and charged me over $700 to replace it. After the repair, the car was still shaking. Later, I took it to another shop, and they fixed the issue for just a little over $100 by simply cleaning out the engine system. I felt like CHO’S AUTO misdiagnosed the problem and charged me a lot of money for something that didn’t fix my car. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Our family has been using Cho's to service four different cars over the course of about 30 years. We've never experienced anything other that work that's done affordably and skillfully, at no point over the decades have we left Cho's feeling cheated by an extra charge - instead we marvel at the price difference compared to getting repaired at a dealership. Trusting your car with Larry is the best decision you'll make if you've got automotive issues!!

I've used Cho's several years. I called recently when the AC on my Prius was blowing HOT air. He told me he couldn't take the car for a week. But when I finally took it in, he had it ready within a few hours. He changed the coolant ("freon") and marked the level in the air conditioner so if it was caused by a leak, he could detect it later. Blowing cold air now. He charged me only $177.62 including tax. I HIGHLY recommend him!
