The collision and auto body shop has had to fix my truck on multiple occasions due to the missteps of other drivers. I will tell you that it is easy to grow upset when it comes to these unfavorable conditions. However, I will say that I can go with confidence down to this shop and I know they will communicate well, do an amazing job, and they work fantastically with insurance companies to ensure that the customer is taken care of first and foremost. I will say that I hate the circumstance that brings me into their shop, but I love the service, care, and communication from this team. Phenomenal job every time I see them. Someone causing damage to your vehicle is stress enough, at least let this fantastic team of professionals help you out.

I stopped in to get an estimate for minor damage on my 2019 F150 on 10/19. The manager asked if he could email the estimate, I said yes. Almost a week later, still no estimate. I guess another shop will get the money.
